**Position Title: Paid Assistant (semi qualified CA)**

**Type: Full time**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**About the client**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Participate in the execution of statutory and tax audits under various statutes, notably under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to compliance under GST and direct tax laws.
- Engage in tax planning and compliance strategies for clients across various sectors.
- Maintain meticulous audit documentation and trial balances.
- Communicate with clients to procure requisite documentation and clarify accounting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with senior CAs to manage client accounts and prepare audit reports.
- Stay abreast of recent developments in GAAP, Ind AS, and amendments in tax laws.

**Requirements**:

- Should have completed CA Intermediate/IPCC and cleared at least one group in the CA Final examination, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act, direct and indirect tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in articulating complex financial data to stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical financial practices and maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple client portfolios.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
