Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:

- and post-trade controls that identify in-scope trading activity, as well as any corresponding reporting and transparency obligations.

- Engage with existing Regulatory frameworks and development teams to adapt existing controls for any new requirements

What will you be doing?
- Individual contributor to work on end-to-end project life cycle
- Develop solution through transformation of existing frameworks and new development
- Assist with testing cycles, utilising off-shore testing team and coordinating business involvement
- Assist technical grooming sessions, validate estimates and sprint deliverables
- Interact with PO and stakeholders to evaluate business needs and/or data issues & work with the technology team to implement pragmatic solutions in a timely manner
- Be able to manage and guide team on technical issues
- Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks

What we’re looking for:

- Strong work Experience in test tools/frameworks like BDD/CICD/DevOPs, TestNG, REST ASSURED, Java/Selenium, Cucumber etc.
- Strong Knowledge in using agile tools e.g. JIRA, Git, Team City, Agile Central.
- Strong knowledge in using Git/Stash for source and version control and Team City/ Nexus for build/deployment.
- Strong work Experience in DevOps, source control, unit and integration testing, continuous integration, release management, and other software development practices.
- Strong work experience in a global Investment Banking environment, with proven tech and delivery skills,
- Ability to identify issues and risks with projects which may impact delivery timelines; and cognizance to escalate issues with vendors/management as required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with business and IT; should have good presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, requirements gathering & documentation methodologies
- Good analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple user and IT environments globally
- Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to deal with high stress situations calmly
