About Cyber Success: We are a software training institute situated on Fergusson college road, Pune. We are looking for someone who can train our students in Java. We are into the retail sector and have students from IT / NON IT background

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering both front-end and back-end Java technologies.

2. Design and customize training materials and curriculum to cater to the skill levels and requirements of participants.

3. Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.

5. Provide assistance and support to participants in troubleshooting and debugging during practical assignments and projects.

6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full-stack Java development and incorporate them into training content.

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the quality of training materials.

8. Collaborate with other team members to develop new training modules and enhance existing ones based on industry demands and feedback.

**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in core Java programming concepts and Java 8 features.

2. Strong understanding of advanced Java concepts including multithreading, collections, and generics.

3. Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

4. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).

5. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, JDBC) and ORM frameworks.

6. Familiarity with web services technologies (RESTful, SOAP) and API development.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

8. Prior experience in designing and delivering full-stack Java training programs or workshops is preferred.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet diverse learning styles.

10. Relevant certifications in Java and related technologies would be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:
