**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
- Conduct in-store events and promotions to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a beauty advisory or retail role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Familiarity with beauty trends and techniques.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
