Responsibilities / Duties
- Conduct project specific configurations in Safety systems - Maintain and document system configuration based on initial requirements and any subsequent changes
- Evaluate proposed project ideas / software changes through technical impact analysis and estimated business value to contribute to decision-making.
- Develop and document standard and ad hoc reports from the safety systems - Support and educate to end users and sponsors, if applicable
- Receive and respond user questions/issues and contribute to resolution of issues collaborating with technical support
- Collaborate with DDSS training liaison in development of safety system specific training modules
- Manage safety system access requests (internal and external) - Support with change management and training of the systems, as needed
- Accountable for system functionality, user requirements and configuration specifications, plus risk assessment of impacts on other components and/or integrations within the system environment.
- Provide system and administration support to business users
- Accountable for resolving and escalating incidents, managing user requests in collaboration with Tech team.
- Initiate discussions with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, document user requirements and ensure requirements are delivered on time and in collaboration with Tech partner.
- Work in close collaboration with Tech during release planning, incident reviews and test execution.
- Ensure data quality standards are maintained through all system versions.
- Communicate important messages relevant to all levels of stakeholders, including content and plan of systems releases, issues, etc.
- Actively participate in all data migration activities and documentation related to migration.
- Good understanding of SQL programming language.
- Ensure training materials are updated as releases move through the development and deployment process. Facilitate support and training sessions for system users.

Education / Qualifications

Degree + 3 yrs safety experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety, CRO experience preferred.
- At least 1 years’ experience with safety systems such as Argus or safety portals, etc
