Executive - Accounts and Compliance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance and Accounts Executive. If you have a strong background in compliance management and a keen eye for financial accuracy, we want to hear from you

**Roles and Responsibilities**:*

**1. Labour Compliances**:

- Attend and provide support for labour inspection on monthly basis.
- Check Display Abstract
- Check Medicine Box
- Prepare Registers (Muster and wage, Maternity, Leave)
- Fill all Forms (Joining formalities)
- All License Renewal (Health, Sign board, Shop, Music)
- Display Gratuity Notice
- Display No Child Labour Notice

**2. File all Labour Law related forms/ data of new and existing employees.**
- Form F - Gratuity Nomination
- Form 11-PF Declaration
- Form 10- Maternity
- Form 0- Leave Register
- Form 2- Minimum Wages Register
- Form C- Bonus Register

**3. Handling PF/ ESIS/ MLWF related matters.**
- PF- Withdrawal Form
- PF- Advance claim
- PF- Name Correction, DOB Correction, Aadhar Correction
- ESIC- Maternity Benefits
- ESIC- Medical Benefits
- ESIC- Funeral Benefits
- PF, ESIC, MLWF- Challan Working check

**4. Prepare all Labour law related data**
- PT Challan Working
- PT challan Return
- Done Payment of all Challans (PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT)
- Maintain Salary/ leave Registers, records.
- Handling Stylist payroll
- Downloaded attendance
- Downloaded Commission report
- Working Salary
- Handle Queries
- Medical Re-imbursement tracker and employee data updation

**5. Admin**:

- Maintaining and renewing all licenses, insurances, lease agreements etc. for all salons. Getting in touch with BMC or any other related government authorities and organizing the needful to get the job done.
- Checking of Invoices received from 3S Agency
- Calculation of Helpers’ OT, Checking of Back office pay slips, Calculation of Bonus, Gratuity before payment
- Handling different issues of Helper staff
- Regular salon visits (1 salon in a month) for audit purpose and prepare/ submit report to the concern persons/ authorities.
- Handling Salons queries:

- EDC machine query
- Collection query
- Petty Cash query

**Requirements**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance and accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

- Compliance management: 2 years (required)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
