Key Responsibilities:
Compliance under the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Act, Listing Regulations etc
- Preparation of Notice, Agenda and Minutes for Board Meetings, various Committee meetings and General Meetings
- Preparation & ensuring timely filing of papers & forms to be filed with Registrar of Companies
- Liasoning with regulatory authorities, vendors/ service provider etc
- Analysis of various amendments/ circulars and its implication on the Company along with benchmarking Knowledge

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: - Companies Act, 2013 - Listing Regulations Skills The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills: - Excellent attention to detail - Drafting skills - Interpretation skills - Team working

Educational Qualification**:Qualified CS looking for training for 21 months (Note: We may consider the trainees who are yet to clear their final groups or have partly done their training with any other corporates)**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
