If you’re someone who enjoys corporate laws, compliance, and governance, you’ll feel right at home with usKey Responsibilities: ·      Assist in ROC filings and compliances under the Companies Act & LLP Act·      Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and board resolutions·      Maintain statutory registers and company records·      Support in event-based and annual compliances·      Conduct research on corporate laws, FEMA, and SEBI regulations·      Liaise with internal teams and external consultants for secretarial matters·      Stay updated with corporate governance trends and best practicesWho Can Apply: ·       Pursuing Company Secretary course (Executive/Professional stage) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”)·      Strong drafting and communication skills·      Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn·      Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013Why Join VJM Global?
