**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including print and digital media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative and effective designs.
- Review and provide feedback on design drafts to ensure high-quality output.
- Work with printers and other vendors to oversee the production of marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
