**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for each project.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, and sketches to illustrate ideas to clients.
- **Material and Product Selection**:

- Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, and other accessories that align with the design concept and client preferences.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and availability of chosen materials.
- Stay updated on new products and design trends to bring fresh ideas to each project.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are accurately executed.
- Supervise on-site installation and setup to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Conduct meetings and design reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any changes or feedback.
- Present final designs to clients and assist in making adjustments based on their preferences.
- **Technical Drawings and Documentation**:

- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project, including budget reports, design drafts, and client approvals.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:

- Prepare cost estimates and track project expenses to keep within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or design.
- Present final project budget to clients and provide post-project financial reports.
- **Quality Control and On-Site Supervision**:

- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction and installation, ensuring work aligns with design specifications.
- Address any challenges that arise during the implementation phase.
- Ensure all aspects of the design are completed to the highest standards.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in interior design or a related field (preferred).
- Portfolio of completed projects showcasing design capabilities.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, furniture styles, materials, and lighting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
