**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide information about our financial products and services.
- Understand customer needs and share details about investment options and financial plans offered by Anytime Invest.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times to ensure a great customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s system.
- Follow up with interested customers to provide additional information and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall company goals and deliver excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM or calling software.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or financial services is an advantage — but **freshers are welcome** to apply.
