**Designation: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Individual contributor**
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in accordance with our audience’s preferences to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies and establish best practices in digital marketing.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing executive.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing Google Ads words campaigns.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML.
- Experience with WordPress would be an additional advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field.

**Qualification**
- Consistently good academic record having minimum 70% throughout (10th std onwards)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
