**Job Title**: Loans Executive (File Runner)

**Location**: Rajasthan (Preferred: Jaipur and nearby areas)

**Reports to**: State Sales Manager / Branch Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit bank/NBFC branches in the assigned region to collect and submit customer loan documents.
- Coordinate with branch staff and credit team for file approvals and verifications.
- Ensure proper documentation is collected from customers for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers for any pending documents or signatures.
- Support backend processing by liaising with the credit, verification, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely movement and closure of loan files.
- Maintain accurate records of files submitted, approved, or returned.
- Educate customers about loan products, eligibility, and basic terms when required.
- Maintain professionalism and company reputation during field visits.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in **credit cards, loans, or BFSI sector**:

- **Language**: Local language (Rajasthani/Hindi) fluency required
- **Other**: Should have own two-wheeler and smartphone for field coordination

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Field discipline and time management
- Basic knowledge of loan process/documentation
- Ability to handle customer queries and coordination with branches
- Familiarity with mobile apps and document upload processes

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
