**Job Summary**:
A Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining a positive public image for the organization or client. They plan and execute PR strategies, communicate with media, and handle public inquiries to enhance the company’s reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- **Communication Management**:

- Develop communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Act as a spokesperson when needed, or prepare others for public speaking.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication effectively.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write speeches, articles, newsletters, and blog posts.
- Create content for social media and monitor engagement.
- Ensure all public messaging is consistent with brand tone and identity.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute public events, product launches, or promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, media, and staff to ensure smooth execution.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance.
- Analyze public opinion and propose adjustments to PR strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (1-3 years minimum) in PR, corporate communications, or media
- Knowledge of current media trends and PR best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,773.66 - ₹38,454.62 per month
