1. Shall receive all the materials coming into the hospital, unpack the medical store properly, register in the book and duly report to higher authorities for endorsement.

2. Administrator will be overall in charge of stores/supplies.

3. Shall keep all receipts & supply (issue) register up to date.

4. Shall keep a ready record of the items which are highly consumable and prepare orders based on cut off level for reordering, already determinated for each item.

5. Assess the frequency of consumption.

6. Shall keep adequate stock to meet hospital requirements.

7. Shall ensure that articles, equipments and other items are not in excess of the stipulated quantity.

8. Shall maintain a stock register and ensure it is updated periodically.

9. Shall ensure the items being brought to stores are duly sanctioned for purchase and not accompany the purchase order slip from the ADM.

10. Shall receive the supply with proper memo, receipt etc and ensure that the same is in order.

11. Shall ensure supplies are entered into the requisite books before it is open.

12. Shall unpack and arrange them, ensuring that the items supplied are not damaged or of inferior quality or in any way not according to the processed order.

13. Shall report to the ADM about quantity of supplies.

14. Shall ensure the quantity is correctly supplied.

15. All issues shall be made only on approval of MS/ADM.

16. Issues to be made against stores requisition.

17. Shall keep requisition items ready for delivery.

18. Shall ensure the counting of the items issued.

19. Issue the items to various departments only on fixed up timings and on specific days.

20. Shall issue emergency supply, at even odd times of the day only after the authorisation from the Administration office.

21. Shall try to make a balance between supplies and issue.

22. Shall develop new system and bring up new ideas to organize issues and supplies.

23. Replaceable items shall be replaced on production of empty cans, box, and equipment.

24. All vouchers to be approved by ADM.

25. Vouchers shall be kept for further proceedings

26. Shall enter entries in the books of accounts neatly, over cutting, overwriting shall be avoided. Scoring out and re entry if any must be duly endorsed in full.

27. Shall record all the issues in appropriate books.

28. Shall ensure the security of the store.

29. Shall not allow entry to unauthorized persons.

30. To be alert in checking for pilferage.

31. Check and ensure all door, fans, light etc are closed and switched off and also that there are chances for any sparking lying around the premises.

32. Lock the door carefully, seal and check it at the end of the day.

33. Shall ensure the quantity by counting, weighing & checking.

34. Ensure proper physical storage area.

35. Storage of special items which require cold storage/refrigeration.

36. Shall work out preventive measures to keep stores free of insects, white ants, etc.

37. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
