Clinic Receptionist

As a Clinic Receptionist (or Patient Services Executive as we’ll call you), you’re an ambassador for Care Fertility in all of your interactions, whether it’s meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.

Delivering first-class service to everybody is second nature to you, you’re friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience of all our patients.

You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you’re registering new patients, or inputting their data on our systems - everything is done accurately.

It’s essential that you’ve got outstanding customer service skills and you’ve worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary, you’re polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times.

Location/Benefits:
This is part-time role working 15hrs pw on Saturday (from 07:30-15:30) and 1 other day of the week (we’re flexible about which day that is - but the working hours would be between 07:30 - 17:00)

Based at Seacroft Hospital, York Road, Leeds LS14 6UH
