**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Perform routine inspections of machines and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document maintenance activities and report any discrepancies.
- Support the production team in ensuring smooth operations and high product quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI or Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher or 1 year of experience).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and systems.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic knowledge of CNC machines or automation systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
