Intern - Female Travel Sales Executive (Open to Freshers)

- Responsibilities:
- Assist in itinerary planning and travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Research and gather information on travel destinations, activities, and local attractions to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Support the creation of travel packages and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients.
- Help maintain the company's database of travel information, contacts, and resources.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing customer experiences.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating travel events, workshops, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation of travel-related information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's services remain competitive and compliant.
- Work in The Wanderers subsidiary firms Colour Purple Events LLP, Outdoor Wilderness and Learning (L&D vertical) and Air Bookings LLP (flight tickets, travel insurance and visa)
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Hospitality, Tourism, Business) or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools including MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word. Knowledge of a video making software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for travel, cultural exploration, and customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to an agile environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
