**Job description and key result areas (KRAs) for a Sales Officer of an edible oil brand**:

- Drive sales growth and expand the Distributor base for the edible oil brand
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Distributors, including retailers, wholesalers, and customers
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
1. Sales Growth:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Increase sales revenue by 100% within 12 months
- Expand the Distributor base by 100 % within 12 months

2. -Distributor Management_:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Distributors
- Ensure Distributor satisfaction and retention
- Develop a network of loyal Distributors

3. Distribution and Visibility:

- Ensure optimal product distribution and visibility in the market
- Increase the number of outlets stocking our products by 100% within 12 months
- Improve product display and merchandising

4. Market Intelligence:

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Provide insights to inform sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with competitors' activities and market developments

5. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams
- Align sales strategies with company goals
- Support the launch of new products or initiatives

**Performance Metrics**:

- Sales revenue growth
- Distributor acquisition and retention rates
- Distribution coverage and visibility
- Market share increase
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Sales forecasting accuracy

Additionally, the Sales Officer may be responsible for:

- Developing and executing sales promotions and campaigns
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research
- Identifying new Distributors

**Education **:Bachelor's Degree Preferred
