MIS Executive duties and responsibilities:

- Good understanding of MS Office and report automation.
- Should be from a BPO background
- Preparing daily Dashboard for Inbound & Outbound Process.
- Monthly & Weekly PPT
- Shift & Net login Hours Adherence report
- Daily break Adherence report
- Daily Sign-In/Sign-out report
- Agents' wise Disposition reports
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Performance, Tenure-wise AHT Comparison)
- Shrinkage Report ( TL, AM, OM, Process - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Wise)
- Attrition Report. ( TL, AM, OM, Process - Daily, Weekly,Monthly Wise)
- Daily Dialer dump with a disposition for the operation team.
- Making daily Internal reports (Agents Targets Vs. Achievement,)(Login Hour Deficit, Inbound & Outbound Hourly Call Ratios, Agents)

Experience - 1 year to 2 year

Salary - 20k to 24k
