**Job Profile**
- Assisting in various tasks like contributing to office organization, productivity, and efficiency, ordering supplies, tracking attendance, processing mail, and updating calendar and contacts on daily basis.
- Provide backup assistance to the Management Team.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage Managing Director’s calendar and set up meetings accordingly.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Keeping up with office supply inventory. (Only MD Office)
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Prepare documents for review and presentation by Managing Director.
- Greeting visitors before meeting with Managing Director.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
