Adverxe is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency helping lifestyle and D2C brands grow through strategy, performance marketing, and visual storytelling. As we scale our e-commerce offerings, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations across leading platforms.

**Role Overview**

The E-commerce Executive will handle end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms like Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon, and Flipkart. The role excludes design work but includes everything from onboarding and listing to stock sync, pricing, order management, and performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations across platforms: Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart
- Upload and manage product listings, catalog details, pricing, and inventory
- Coordinate with designers for banners and image assets as needed
- Monitor order flow, returns, and customer queries via seller portals
- Ensure timely stock updates and avoid order cancellations or SLA breaches
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements
- Ensure platform-specific compliance (discount rules, promotions, margins, etc.)
- Liaise with category managers and marketplace contacts when required
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for dispatches and returns
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace operations
- Familiarity with seller portals of Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon, and Flipkart is **mandatory**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, order lifecycle, and platform operations
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for basic data tracking & analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to take ownership and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
