**Project Coordination**:Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met according to established timelines.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project-related records.

**Communication**:Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to keep all involved parties informed.

**Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and issues and communicate them to the project manager. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.

**Quality Assurance**:Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and specifications. Conduct testing and validation to verify the functionality and performance of IT systems.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and expectations. Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

**Technical Support**: Provide technical support to project teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any technical challenges that arise during project execution.

**Continuous Improvement**:Contribute to the refinement of project management processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.

**SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Graduate with relevant 4-5 Years of proven experience.

Proven experience in supporting IT projects or relevant technical roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Technical proficiency and ability to understand IT systems and technologies.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,164.53 - ₹44,236.02 per month
