Role Overview:

As a Project Associate, you'll manage the implementation of our Scholarship Program, working closely with students, partners, and other stakeholders. You'll handle the project lifecycle, maintain documentation, manage events, and ensure smooth coordination across all activities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Social Work / Social Sciences (Psychology preferred)
  • Women candidates are encouraged to apply

Professional Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years in the development/social sector
  • Experience in project execution & coordination
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & online platforms (Zoom, Teams)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and review all project activities on time
  • Organize outreach, onboarding events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Manage logistics for students and parents across India
  • Coordinate with students, scholars, trainers, volunteers, and employees
  • Conduct visits to colleges, hotels, event venues, and training centers
  • Maintain online portal for student data and project activities
  • Liaise with engineering colleges, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, annual summaries, and project documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, counselors, and partners

  • Self-motivated & independent
  • Able to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • Flexible for late evenings (till 8 PM), weekends, and Pan-India travel
  • Comfortable working with youth of all genders
