**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Codignus Technologies’ products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.
- Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, presentations, marketing collaterals).
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Organize promotional events, webinars, and product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media.
- Report marketing performance and ROI to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any degree preferred (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is an advantage).
- Proven experience (3-6 years) in marketing or a related field, preferably in IT/technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing a small team (preferred).
