The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations efficiently, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to handle various guest requests and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services & Interaction**:

- Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and departure.
- Performing efficient and accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and providing information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and directions.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, aiming for satisfactory resolutions, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Building rapport with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Facilitating correspondence with guests (e.g., pre-arrival, post-stay communication).
- **Reservation Management**:

- Managing and confirming reservations received in person, over the phone, or online.
- Handling modifications and cancellations of reservations.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assisting with room assignments and managing room inventory.
- **Financial & Administrative Tasks**:

- Processing guest payments (cash, credit card, etc.) and ensuring accurate billing.
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports as required.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Relaying important guest information and special requests to relevant departments.
- Acting as a liaison for services and sales.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
