We’re searching for a talented and passionate Subject Matter Expert - Security products who is reponisble for configuration and implementation

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as technical expert on Datacenter technology

Perform analysis and diagnosis of Datacenter Network related issues/problems and change.

Prepare Site Requirements, High Level, and Low Level Design & Acceptance test plan documents for all the assigned projects. Be the technical owner for large & complex DC/Network projects

Accountability of Complex change & Problems (Project & Operations)

Support on Critical incidents to resolve within SLA & Perform RCA based on OEM inputs

Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and Data center Security.

Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations

Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers

Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)

Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products

Act as the SPOC for critical issues that affect the Network infrastructure

Identify performance bottlenecks and implement fixes accordingly

Builds strong professional working relationships with stakeholders to resolves disputes, define technical solutions, and drive positive change within the program.

Conduct & successfully complete UAT sign-off of the assigned projects. Conduct training / knowledge transfer session to the internal support teams.

Replicate customer issues in LAB, identify bugs & escalate / coordinate issues with OEM.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex Security related incidents/problems/changes. Support on Critical incidents to resolve within SLA & Perform RCA based on OEM inputs

Builds strong professional working relationships with stakeholders to resolves disputes, define technical solutions, and drive positive change within the program.
- Effective coordination & communication with end customer to have high CSAT**About you**:
**7-8 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI domain.**

**Good understanding of ACI (Application centric infrastructure ) technology in terms of Deployment and Management.**

**Hands-on experience in ACI deployment.**

**Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Cisco nexus Switches - Nexus 9300, ,Nexus 9500 ( NX-OS & ACI-Leaf-Spine Architecture)**

**Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Cisco nexus Switches - Nexus 2k ,Nexus 3k,Nexus 5k,Nexus 7k, etc..**

**Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on industry standard protocols/Technology including HSRP/VPC/VDC/Fabric Extender/FCoE, OTV,VxLan**

**Implementation and operational experience with Datacenter Chassis servers including Cisco UCSC-C240-M5S / B200M4 / B200M5.**

**In depth knowledge of UCS Chassis servers Architecture and deployment methodology**

**Hands on experience on complex UCS Deployment with related Components including CIMC, UCS Manager ,Cisco UCS Director, Cisco UCS Performance Manager**

**Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies**

**Experience on hypervisors : EXSi/Hyper-V is an added advantage**
