**Brand Executive - Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Content Creation**: Oversee the entire content development process, including creator outreach, negotiation, scriptwriting, concept notes, and narrative development. Ensure seamless planning, execution, and shooting of both video and static content.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with editing teams, production teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and high-quality output. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- **Project & Team Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and a team to meet deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
- **Cross-Team Liaison**: Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth content creation, production, and social media execution.
- **Content Planning & Tracking**:Strategically plan, organize, and track social media content and creator collaborations, ensuring a well-managed and up-to-date content bank.

**Must-Have**:

- Experience in Social Media & Influencer Marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Previous leadership experience, managing teams and projects effectively.
- Expertise in conceptualizing and executing engaging short
- and long-form content.
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and content trends.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage teams efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively & meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media and performance marketing.
- Understanding of the health and wellness industry.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing and sound design.
- Background in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
