**Duties and responsibilities**:

**Qualifications or performance standards**:

- 1+ years of experience in international staffing
- Proven successful experience in closing vacancies in different countries
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English
- Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
