**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement growth strategies for the agency, including client acquisition, team expansion, and revenue generation.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Provide deep expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and PPC.
- **Client Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, lead client meetings, and close deals.
- **Team Building**: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.
- **Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce new methods and terminologies to improve our services.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Drive sales efforts, generate new business leads, and negotiate contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media, and PPC.
- Proven track record of scaling a digital marketing agency, including client acquisition, team management, and revenue growth.
- Strong sales skills, including client prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
