**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates incorporating them into existing solutions where applicable.
- Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for Salesforce and data governance initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
- Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
- Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance.
- Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
