**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Market Research**: Conduct detailed research on fintech industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive strategies to identify business opportunities.
**- Client Interaction**: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and partners to build and nurture professional relationships.
**- Administrative Tasks**: Prepare and update documents, track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide feedback for process optimization.
**- Learning & Development**: Document daily learning, share knowledge through presentations, and collaborate with senior teams for skill enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales support roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using basic AI tools and internet-based research
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and manage targets
**Performance Evaluation & Growth Opportunity**:
- Performance will be evaluated after **3 months** based on key deliverables and team contribution
- High performers will be considered for **Team Lead (TL)** roles based on evaluation outcomes and leadership potential
