**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Educate customers about Aiiongold’s investment plans, digital gold, and utility tokens.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs.

Guide customers through the investment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-5 years in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, insurance, or investment services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Prior experience in selling SIPs, mutual funds, gold investments, or crypto assets is a plus.
