The Bartender is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through efficient and

friendly bar operations. They will prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean and

inviting bar environment, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Bartender must stay up to

date with current drink trends and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the bar is prepared for service by completing the opening checklist and

maintaining an organized workspace.
- Accurately maintain records (e.g., FLR and FL3 for excise purposes) and ensure all

necessary registers are up to date.
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service, ensuring they are seated and

attended to efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs or issues.
- Take beverage orders from customers and servers, ensuring accuracy and prompt

service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Report any personnel or guest-related issues to the manager on duty.
- Maintain and regularly update a list of required supplies and place orders as needed.
- Focus on guest satisfaction while performing all duties, ensuring an exceptional

experience.
- Build rapport with regular guests and remember their preferences.
- Accurately record drink orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process payments, handle credit card transactions, and issue change as needed.
- Clean and sanitize glassware and maintain hygiene throughout the bar area.
- Prepare garnishes and replenishments for drinks, and ensure the bar is stocked with

appropriate snacks.
- Arrange bottles and glassware in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,240.24 - ₹23,602.85 per month
