Sanjivini Hospital continues to achieve new heights and set milestones in caring for our community. **Responsibilities**: - Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts. - Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answer inquiries. - Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. - Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays. - Comfort patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area. - Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. - Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. - Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs. - Help patients in distress by responding to emergencies. - Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information. - Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Every day follow up call for patient feedback. - Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with patient - Scheduling appointments at the correct time and with the correct doctors. - Listening to patients and communicating in a positive and confident manner with those over the phone or patients in the reception area. **Qualifications / Skills**: - Excellent organization, communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint HIS softwear). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Multi-tasking - Team work - Telephone skills - Customer service **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month. **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred) *Speak with the employer* +91 9522454943 **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift - Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9522454943
