Responsible for import and exports Documentation, managing incoming and outgoing materials, custom clearance and transportation

**Objectives & Measurement**

**Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities**:
**Including but not limited to**:

- Coordinate the shipment of all the finished goods to the customer location as per the customer order
- Ensure that all deliveries are shipped as per schedule, keeping the costs of warehouse operations and fleet of delivery vehicles as low as possible
- Plan the delivery and transportation to adhere to the production and procurement plan
- Verify and confirm with the packaging to get the valves packed in suitable boxes as per customer requirement
- Attending customer complaints if goods do not reach in time or are damaged during transportation
- Documentation for generating invoice
- Are 1 Excise form filled for transport of material from works (also acts as proof of shipment)
- Insurance documents covering for the export shipment
- Preparing the monthly sales dispatch plan, monthly

**Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications**

**Education and/or Experience**:
Master degree in Finance with 2 to 3 years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration with 5 to 8 years related experience.

**Computer Skills**:
The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software:

- MS word
- MS Excel
- Power point presentation

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
