- Responsible for overall production (to monitor process control in core production areas like Cooking, Forming, Packing) and quality. Also ensuring Quality of raw materials, in process materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products as per the organization specifications.
- Coordinate with New/Existing Flavour companies for new Flavours, Concepts, Ideas. Same as collecting market feedback and taking trials for improving our existing products quality.
- Developing and implemented product Quality Plans and supervise the Process of Flavour and Emulsion production.
- Manpower utilization
- Monitoring product quality and conducting Process cum product audit for process development.
- Coordinating with Purchase, Production, Technical and Vendor Development for scaling up the production and ingredient harmonization activities.
- Maintain Documentation
- Monitoring product quality and conducting Process cum product audit for process development.
- Verifying recipes during production
- Organized and coordinated 3+ external trainings/month on food safety such as FoSTaC, H/T/VACCP & 5S
- Conducting periodic training on HACCP, GMP & ISO for food handlers and food safety team
- ISO 22000:2018 certification and implementation.
- Implementation of quality standards as per FSSAI norms
- Conducted Sensory panel and internal evaluation of Flavours/Applicationsamples/market samples.
- Suggest changes for improvement in SERM and internal meeting.
- Generating RM/PM and F.G specification and calculating Nutritional values of every new product as per norms.
- Responsible for 3P lab testing.
- Monitoring of shelf life of the finished product
- Sensory Evaluation of Finished product and Raw materials.
- Conducts internal audits and maintain documentation as per ISO 22000 and FSSAI 2006 certification
- Conducting GAP & internal audits as per standards/regulations such as ISO & FSSC 22000, HACCP & FSSAI
- Conduct Vendor audit to determine the effectiveness of quality system.
- Food label compliance verification as per Indian and International Labelling regulations for clients
- Development of robust checklists and reports pertaining to label verification, GAP/internal audits, MRM’s
- Helping to finalize product art work(label) as per government norms. (Check statutory and regulatory compliances in label if any corrections suggest to management)
- Monthly reviewing quality scores with the team & taking measures to improve
- Supervision and training of Q.C team.
- Developing quality Manual and Documents.
- Check online quality of final product.
- External communication with vendors and outside labs.
- Closing of non-conformities after corrective action plan
- Attending market complaints, and take a decision regarding rework or rejection of intermediate and finished product.
- Making SOP’s for all department (quality, production, dispatch)
- Collection of market complaints and solve it and create new idea and techniques to avoid the complaints
- Conducting training and other activity for workers, operators and quality personnel at manufacturing unit.Also conducting training activity for sales peoples for product awareness.
- Training Distributors
- Conducting training programs for new officers.
- Ensuring minimum wastage /rejection during process and achieving yields.
- Monitoring Pest control activities in the plant by taking continuous Feedback from PCI Person, performing quarterly Pest control audit along with PCI Representative. Making area wise Catch trend & corrective preventive action.
- Upgrading Lab with new instrument also providing training to lab team.
- Conducting training programs for new officers.
- Handling Customer Complaints, designing CAPA.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
