2)Responsible for overall production process (to monitor process control in core production areas like Cooking, Forming, Packing).

3)Ensuring Quality of Raw materials, Packaging materials and Finished Products as per the organization specifications.

4)Developing and implementing product Quality Plans and supervise the Process of production.

5)Implementation of quality standards as per FSSAI norms

5) Making SOP’s for all department (quality, production, dispatch)

6)Ensuring minimum wastage /rejection during process and achieving yields.

7)Coordinating with various stakeholders/departments for scaling up the production and ingredient harmonization activities.

8)ISO and FSSC 22000 certification and implementation.

9)Conducts internal audits and maintain documentation as per ISO 22000 and FSSAI certification

10)Conducting process cum product audit.

11)Conducting periodic training on HACCP & GMP for food handlers and food safety team

12)Conduct Sensory evaluation of Flavours/market samples.

13)Generating RM/PM and F.G specification and calculating Nutritional values of every new product as per norms.

14)Conduct Vendor audit to determine the effectiveness of quality system.

15)Food label compliance verification as per Indian Labelling regulations for clients.

16)Monitoring of shelf life of the finished product

17)Monthly reviewing quality scores with the team & taking measures to improve Supervision and training of Q.C team.

18)External communication with vendors and outside labs.

19)Responsible for 3P lab testing.

20)Attending market complaints, and take a decision regarding rework or rejection of intermediate and finished product.

21)Monitoring Pest control activities in the plant by taking continuous feedback, performing quarterly Pest control audit.

22)Handling Customer Complaints, designing CAPA.

23)Upgrading Lab with new instrument also providing training to lab team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
