As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance or repair services. You will act as a liaison between customers and our service technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
- Consulting with customers regarding vehicle symptoms, problems, and service history.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Recommending and scheduling service and repair work based on vehicle diagnostics and customer preferences.
- Explaining in detail the work performed and any additional repairs needed.
- Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any delays.
- Upselling additional services or products based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensuring all service orders are completed accurately and timely.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand vehicle problems and explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
- Familiarity with service and maintenance schedules.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs and timelines.
- Certification from a recognized automotive service training program (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., ASE) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
