**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Freight Forwarding**

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Experience**: 1 - 2 Years

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day customer interactions and provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and accounts) to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Manage documentation related to **export and import shipments** (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, etc.).
- Communicate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure all data and records are accurately maintained in the system.
- Support the sales and operations team with post-booking customer service.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **freight forwarding / logistics / shipping**.
- Good understanding of shipping terms (INCOTERMS, documentation, export/import process).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
