**Retail counter sales jewellery**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with friendly and approachable behaviour.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of our products.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining product details.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure that the retail counter and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain attractive product displays to enhance the overall store aesthetic.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, seeking assistance when necessary.
- **Cash Handling and Sales Reporting**:

- Process cash and card transactions accurately, following company procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Excel to maintain sales records and generate simple reports.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise.

**Qualifications**:

- Pleasant and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining sales records.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
