**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Perform **data validation, cleansing, and formatting** using MS Excel.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Macros** for efficient data handling.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from large datasets.
- Coordinate with other departments to retrieve and manage required data.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in data entry or a similar role.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel** (advanced formulas, data analysis, charts, macros, etc.).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with other data management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
