**WHO YOU ARE**:
Subject Matter Expert

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Effectively Handle Internal and External Communication
- Identifying training requirements, Coaching and Mentoring, conducting cross trainings
- Sharing Procedural updates with team
- Manage Team Performance - Quality and Productivity
- Develop Team Strengths & Coach Team Members
- Providing support in Queue and handle tier 2 lead approvals
- Floor Support - Ensure and be available to address team questions and provide right information to team
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
- Ability to work with strict timelines.
- Should be fine with night shift.
- Should be on a grade 2.
- Should have spent a tenure of 24 months with organization and 12 months in current process.
- Should have obtained rating of 3 & above.
- No active PIP or verbal feedback.

**Qualification**:
Graduate
