**Purpose**:

- Implement and maintain the environmental compliance infrastructures and processes required under environment license (e.g. environment clearance and consent to operate etc.) and various regulations of (MoEF, DPCC, MoCA & DGCA and Wildlife & Forest Department) at DIAL business functions to its conformance.
- Take measures to obtain environmental licenses and permissions needed for new business or infrastructure developments projects.
- Enforce the legal and regulatory compliance with all stakeholders across DIAL’s business functions and its assets in to ensure the legal and regulatory compliance are fulfilled through effective system and audits.

**Environment Clearance Compliance Management (MoEF)**:

- Implement and maintain the environmental compliance infrastructures and processes that are required under environment clearance issued to DIAL by Ministry to its conformance and
- Driver the regular submission of environmental performance and environmental financials and business parameters reports to MoEF in timely manner.
- Driver the measures required to obtain environmental licenses and permissions needed for new business or infrastructure developments projects.
- Valid environment clearance

**Consent to Operate Compliance Management (DPCC)**
- Implement and maintain the environmental compliance infrastructures and processes that are required under Consent to Operate issued to DIAL by Stake Pollution Control Board to its conformance and
- Driver the regular submission of environmental performance and returns on various regulations to DPCC in timely manner.
- Driver the measures required to obtain renewal or new Consent to Establish/Operate or Authorization under various regulations for the current and new business or infrastructure developments projects.

**Environment Monitoring**:

- Implement Environment Monitoring programs on Monitoring of Air, Water, Ambient Noise, DG Sets Monitoring, Wet scrubber operations
- Analyze and verify the monitoring data, results & report to concerns stakeholders.
- Verify Ambient Air Quality Modeling and report to concerns stakeholders.
- Implementing and review water conservation & water and waste management and rainwater harvesting system.
- Verify the compliance and performance of Sewage Treatment Plant & Effluent Treatment Plants and report to concerns stakeholders.
- Verify the ground water level and rainwater harvesting performance
- Verify the hazardous waste site, E-waste storage, biomedical waste system & battery management system as per legal and regulatory requirements for DIAL and stakeholders operating at IGIA.
- Air, Water, Ambient Noise, DG Sets emission and noise, Wet scrubber monitoring performance & reports.
