Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

2. Lead cross-functional teams to launch innovative campaigns, promotions, and events.

3. Foster strong relationships with influencers, designers, architects, and industry partners.

4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

6. Manage budget allocation and ROI optimization.

7. Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing materials and strategies.

8. Enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs and experiences.

**Requirements**:
1. 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury home furnishing or furniture.

2. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

4. Expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and market research.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, design, and executive teams.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing.

2. Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics).

3. Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
