**POSITION: LEGAL EXECUTIVE**

Work Location: Vile Parle(E), Mumbai / Mon - Fri / 10am to 7pm

Work Experience: Minimum 2 yrs. in a reputed law firm or real estate company

Qualification: LLB

**Salary**: as per Industry

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**:

- LLB Graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate Industry or law firm
- Should have excellent command over the English & Marathi language
- Should have sound drafting and communication skills
- Should have knowledge of court matters and procedures
- Should have experience in handling the litigations regarding the property matters

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Experience in handling court matters, real estate documentation, revenue departments & all other departments which is required for real estate industry.
- Must have knowledge of conducting Legal Due-Diligence / local laws for the land or properties to be acquired by the Company.
- Should have experience in handling the litigations & non litigation
- Compliances and adherences to the process for filling new proceedings such as suits, appeals and/ or any other litigation.
- Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports.
- Should be well versed with drafting with Memorandum of Understandings, Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Lease Agreements etc and other documents and deeds in relation to the lands and property.
- Assist Leasing and Operations team in finalizing legal clauses of all lease related documents. Liaison with the concerned departments and external legal counsel to ensure timely completion of business.
- Manage the execution of agreement. Ensure payment of applicable stamp duty and timely registrations of all Leases in a portfolio. Maintain track and report on a monthly basis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
