-Drafting/review/vettingof basic contracts, notices, letters
Cordinating with lawyers on cases, first review of all pleadings
Attending matters before Judicial or Quasi Judicial forums with manager
Cordinating with junir for completion of standard documentation
Preparation of weekly MIS.
Prepare draft opinion/advise on matters referred to legal team
Miscelleneous legal works as may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**
Good interpretaional and anaytical skills
knowledge of various tools used for compliance, data managment
Good communication skills
Legal knowledge on commercial laws
