**Job Title**: Senior Ayurveda Doctor

**Location**: Orchid Tree Retreat, [Retreat Location]

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience)

**About Orchid Tree**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Administer and oversee Ayurvedic therapies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise in-house therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment plans.
- Surrender their professional certification to Orchid Tree for the duration of the contract.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with clients to promote holistic health and wellness practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Ayurveda Doctor.
- Deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and practices.
- Previous experience working with expatriate clients is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a team of therapists.
- Willingness to relocate and commit to a 2-year contract.
- Professional certification in Ayurveda (BAMS, MD Ayurveda, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
