**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,YouTube).
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely updates and postings.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture a strong online community by fostering conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) like reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, etc., using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or third-party software.
- Analyze social media campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to optimize future campaigns and posts to maximize engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Knowledge of social media advertising strategies and budget management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and audience segmentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
