**Job Title**: Electrical and Fitter Technician
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Experience: 3+ years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform electrical wiring, panel assembly, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Conduct mechanical fitting and assembly of components based on technical specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in robotics and automation products.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address design and assembly challenges.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in welding and other fabrication tasks if required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Certification**: ITI in Electrical, Fitting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in electrical systems, fitting, and assembly work.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in electrical wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques is an added advantage.
- **Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and component assembly processes.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work in a production environment, handling tools and materials safely and efficiently.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- **Work Environment**: Comfortable working in a robotics and manufacturing setting.
